Managing Partner
Theo was a Partner at PwC Cyprus for over 20 years and for the last 10 years he was a member of the Management Board heading Tax & Legal services. Theo took early retirement from PwC on 30 June 2022 and together with another two ex PwC partners has founded Kiteserve Limited, a boutique professional services firm. He is currently the Managing Partner of Kiteserve.
Theo started his career in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then moved to PwC Cyprus where he actively managed a very extensive portfolio of international clients, operating in a broad range of sectors. He has vast experience in business consulting, tax planning and corporate compliance, transaction support and group restructurings, as well as wealth management and family office services to high net worth clients. Theo is a keen sportsman having completed marathons, triathlons and ironman races.

Stelios Constantinou
Partner / Assurance & Advisory / Head of Advisory Services
Stelios was a PwC partner and took early retirement on the 30th of June 2022. Together with another two ex-PwC partners has founded Kiteserve Limited, a boutique professional services firm. Stelios started his career in the UK in 1987 before moving to Milan, Italy, and then to Cyprus in 1992.
Stelios led PwC Cyprus’ Financial Services and Banking Industry practice for many years up until his retirement and was networked at the highest level across the financial services regulatory and leadership community in Cyprus and abroad. He has extensive experience in assurance and business advisory services with a wide-ranging client portfolio of local and international companies including banks, regulated investment firms, investment funds, and insurance companies. He is also a technical expert in IFRS and served as the partner responsible for the Audit Methodology of PwC Cyprus for many years.

Elias Theodorou
Partner / Assurance / Head of Human Capital
Liakos has been working with PwC for 36 years, starting his career in London from 1986 to 1992. He took early retirement on the 30th of June 2022 and together with another two ex-PwC partners has founded Kiteserve Limited, a boutique professional services firm.
He has extensive experience in auditing and business advisory services with a client portfolio of local and international companies. He was the PwC Assurance and Advisory Leader, a member of the Management Board, and headed the Limassol market.
Liakos served as a Member of the Board of Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and of the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition.

Panayiotis Junior Nikolaou
Senior Business Development Manager
with extensive expertise in the financial services sector. Over nearly nine years at PwC Cyprus, he advanced to the role of Manager within the Financial Services Industry. Panayiotis possesses a robust background in managing complex group structures, investment firms, electronic money institutions, and investment funds, including multinational corporations.
His leadership experience is demonstrated through his significant involvement in regulatory reporting engagements mandated by the Central Bank of Cyprus and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Notably, he contributed to the team assembled by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to develop indicative audit procedures for the Market in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
In addition to his regulatory work, Panayiotis was responsible for the audit methodology within the Financial Services industry. He led intricate IFRS advisory projects and provided technical support on matters related to IFRS, ISAs, and ISRE 2400. His leadership extended to mentoring junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the highest standards of professional excellence.
